Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy. You also represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Energi Insight Hub.

These terms create a legally binding agreement between you and Energi Insight Hub operating from 994-2 Yeongtong 1(il)-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The agreement becomes effective immediately upon your first use of our services.

Termination

We're not liable to you or any third party for termination of your access to our platform. If we terminate your account for breach of these terms, you won't be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of our platform must be instituted in the competent courts of Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
